Even so, I'd recommend letting it marinate for a day or so after your first draft. A thorough proofread can go a long way toward a great first impression.

 

Pro Tip: This email template includes a personalization tag. If you're only collecting email addresses, the personalization tag thing isn't for you. However, if you collect any additional info (first name, last name, city, etc.), try adding a personalized tag or two to your email. Why? Because personalized email messages improve click-through rates by an average of 14% and conversions by 10%.

This email template is perfect for inquiries from new leads, and with a few adjustments, can be used for new subscribers, too. There are a variety of actions taken by a visitor to your website that can result in an automated welcome email. Consider creating additional, unique emails for the following actions taken:

  • Free trial subscriptions

  • Blog subscription.

Thank visitors for their inquiry and let them know that you're working on a thoughtful and helpful response.
